For your information, the pool is private at the cottage. It has a water height of 1.20 m, heated, but is not monitored. It is private and accessible at your convenience, from May to October depending on weather conditions.
You also have a covered and secure bike shed, equipped to recharge your electric bikes as well as private parking in closed and secure courtyard
Finally, the child in the Timellen cottage is under the sole and complete responsibility of his parents. The client and accompanying persons must respect the peaceful nature of the premises in order to make use of them as a good father.

The reservation becomes effective as soon as we have received your signed contract in return with your deposit (30% of the price of the stay). The balance is due 10 days before your arrival.
We also offer you the possibility to pay your balance, Without Additional Charges, and in Several Times , with full payment at least 10 days before the beginning of the stay We also accept payment by Carte Bleue.
The client who has not paid the balance on the agreed date is considered to have cancelled his stay. In this case, the cottage is offered again for rent and no refund is made. For stays booked less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.
We no longer accept cheques
In case of cancellation before the start of the stay, there is no refund. Any early departure does not give rise to ANY refund
